Our Story

Hot-Horse is a unique and healthy fast food chain in Slovenia, known for over a decade and a half for its popularity and strong position on the market.
Our business was founded in 1990 with the aim of promoting healthy fast food, which was a novel idea in the country, and healthy eating habits were still new to the world.
Our goal was to offer the market a new, delicious, and high-quality product with high nutritional value, affordable and freshly prepared 24/7. In 1995, we opened our first kiosk in Tivoli Park, Ljubljana, which quickly became popular for its horsemeat fast food. The Hot’Horse brand is synonymous with quality horsemeat burgers.
The core of our products has always been horsemeat, sourced from a prominent Slovenian producer, served with freshly baked bread, a variety of juicy vegetables, spreads, and side dishes.
