What is the ordering process like?

Create an account on our website. Select your products and quantity and place your order. Orders placed before midnight will be delivered the following day (between Monday and Friday). After placing an order you will receive an e-mail (depending on your choice) about the time of delivery (for more information, see question “Is there a home-delivery option?”) or the time of pick up at our BTC, Tivoli, Rudnik (10:30 – 23:30) and Hot´Horse Deli (10:30 – 15:00) locations.)

How do I order products?

To place an order, please first sign in or create an account on our website. Once you’re signed in, simply select your desired products from the homepage and proceed to checkout.

What is the minimum order?

We don’t have any minimum order requirements. However, we charge a delivery fee of EUR 3,99 for orders up to EUR 10 and 2,99€ for orders between EUR 10 and EUR 20. For orders over EUR 20, delivery is free!

What is the payment process?

The payment process is simple! You can use one of our payment options: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, and Moneta.

Is there a home-delivery option?

We offer delivery to your doorstep or any other location (such as your workplace) within the area of Ljubljana. To receive your order the following day (Monday to Friday), be sure to place it by midnight the day before. Delivery fees are calculated based on your subtotal. Orders under EUR 10 are charged EUR 3.99 for delivery, while orders between EUR 10 and EUR 20 are charged EUR 2.99. For orders over EUR 20 the delivery is free.

Can I refuse damaged items?

The buyer has the right to refuse the items only directly upon collection or delivery. Due to the extreme sensitivity of our items, both the contents and the packaging, you may only withdraw from your purchase immediately and at the pick up location upon handover of the items. If the items have been damaged, defective or otherwise deviate from the quality standards of the supplier, the supplier will offer a replacement of the items or a refund/cancellation of the purchase to the buyer who has paid for the items via the payment system.

Where will the products be waiting for me?

You can either choose to collect your order in person at any of the Hot’Horse locations (BTC, Tivoli, Rudnik, and Hot’Horse Deli) or have it delivered to your doorstep or preferred location in Ljubljana. Once you place your order online (you must place it a day in advance), we will inform you of the pick up timeframe.

When should I place my order?

If you place an order before midnight on a workday, we’ll process or execute it the following day. You can choose between home delivery or pick up at one of our locations. We’ll let you know the pick up time during the purchase process or via email.

Kdaj je dostavljeno naročilo, ki ga oddam v petek, čez vikend ali med prazniki?

Če naročilo oddate v petek ali čez vikend (sobota, nedelja), vas bo naročilo čakalo oz. bo k vam dostavljeno prvi naslednji delovni dan (ponedeljek, v primeru, da ni praznik). Če naročilo oddate med prazniki, bo prav tako izvedeno v prvem delovnem dnevu po tem.

If I place my order on a Friday, during the weekend or on a public holiday, when will it be delivered?

If you place your order on a Friday or over the weekend (Saturday, Sunday), don’t worry! Your order will be available for pick up or delivery on the next working day, which is usually Monday. And if you happen to order during a public holiday, we’ll deliver your order on the following working day as well.When can I pick up my order?We will let you know the exact pick up time via email after you place your order. If you choose to pick up your order from our locations, you can do so the following day between 10:30 and 23:30 (BTC, Tivoli, Rudnik) or between 10:30 and 15:00 (Hot´Horse Deli). If you prefer home delivery or another location in Ljubljana, we will also keep you informed during the online purchase process and via email.

Do I have to wait in line to pick up my items?

No, pre-ordered items are available for pick up right away. If you place an order online, simply head to the designated area and share your password with a Hot´Horse worker to receive your order. They will be delighted to hand it over to you.

By when can I pick up my items?

The items will be waiting for you until the end of the working day depending on the location’s working hours, which you can check in the online order process and in the email we will send you. Otherwise, you can pick up your order between 10:30 and 23:30 at all our Hot´Horse restaurants (BTC, Tivoli, Rudnik) and between 10:30 and 15:00 at the Hot´Horse Deli at the Koseze market.
