Sustainability and a minimal impact on the environment is of great importance to us, which is why we meet HACCP standards in food preparation and handling.

Meat

We process our meat in-house to ensure top-quality products made with verified ingredients. From a nutritional point of view, horse meat is certainly an exception among other types of meat as it contains the highest proportion of valuable protein, is exceptionally rich in iron and has a lower fat content, resulting in fewer calories, making it a great choice for a healthy diet.

Bread

We provide a daily supply of freshly baked bread with no additives or preservatives, ensuring high quality and healthy meals for our customers. With the help from out suppliers, we have also expanded our range to include wholegrain options.

Vegetables

We make a conscious effort to support local farmers and vegetable growers by sourcing our vegetables from them whenever possible. This ensures that we offer the freshest and highest quality produce to our customers.
